If you miss more than 2 installments on their due dates, the bonus reward is forfeited. You'll still receive a voucher equal to the total amount you've paid in, redeemable against KOHIRA lab grown diamond jewellery. Paying on time is the only way to lock in the bonus tier you've earned.

If you pay fewer than 5 installments, no bonus applies. You'll receive a voucher equal to the amount you've actually paid, which can be redeemed against KOHIRA lab grown diamond jewellery within the plan's redemption window.

Nope, no interest accrues on installments. The bonus reward is the benefit you earn under the plan - not interest.

From the 11th month right up to 345 days from your enrollment date. ⏰ Plenty of room to pick the right piece.

If you haven't purchased within 345 days from enrollment, we refund the full amount you've paid. The bonus reward does not apply in this case, since the plan was not redeemed against jewellery.

No. ❌ The plan applies only to KOHIRA lab grown diamond jewellery - gold coins are not covered.

No - gold and diamond rates at the time of your final purchase apply, not the rates on the day you enrolled. 💎 So your final piece is priced at the prevailing rate when you redeem.

Cash, card, UPI/QR, NEFT or cheque - whatever works for you. 💳 You can pay at the Amritsar showroom or remotely; just make sure each installment hits us by its due date.

Any Indian resident aged 18 or above with a valid ID proof. ✅ Submit your ID within 30 days of enrollment to keep the plan active.

Any one valid government-issued photo ID - Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Voter ID or Driving Licence. It must be submitted within 30 days of enrollment. Failure to submit valid ID may result in the plan being cancelled per our terms.

No. The plan is non-transferable and stays in the enrolled customer's name throughout its tenure.

Yes - nominating someone is mandatory at enrollment. 🤝 The nominee can step in to continue or redeem the plan in the unfortunate event the enrolled member is unable to.

You can cancel at any time. If you've paid fewer than 5 installments, you'll receive a voucher equal to the amount paid - no bonus applies. If 5 or more installments have been paid and timeliness conditions are met, the applicable bonus tier may apply per our terms. If you choose not to purchase within 345 days, the amount paid is refunded in full without bonus.

KOHIRA reserves the right to cancel a plan in cases of discrepancy in submitted details, non-submission of valid ID within 30 days, or breach of the plan's terms and conditions. In such cases, the amount paid will be refunded as per policy, and no bonus reward will be payable.
