Exit Charbagh toward Kanpur Road (NH 27) → stay south-bound past Alambagh Bus Stand → take the service lane for Phoenix United Mall → at Gate 3 signal, turn right into Sandhya Heights (B-76) opposite the mall; Kohira is on the ground floor atrium.
