1. Nature of the Plan

The Diamond Growing Plan ("DGP" / the "Plan") is a diamond jewellery purchase plan. It is not an investment, deposit, interest-bearing scheme, loan, chit fund, gold or diamond rate-booking plan, or any financial product. The amount you pay, together with any eligible DGP Discount, may be used only to purchase eligible lab-grown diamond jewellery from KOHIRA Diamonds.

2. Enrolment & Duration

You select a fixed monthly instalment at enrolment, starting from ₹3,000 per month (or such other amount as decided by KOHIRA from time to time). The amount stays fixed for the Plan cycle and cannot be reduced. The Plan runs for 10 monthly instalments, one per month. The date of your first instalment is your enrolment date; each later instalment is due on the same date of every following month, with a 7-day grace period. The Plan is registered in your name as per your KYC. The Plan is open to resident Indian individuals aged 18 years and above.

3. Same Showroom / Same Channel

The Plan applies only at the showroom or channel through which you enrolled. All instalments and redemption must be completed through that same showroom (if enrolled offline) or the same online channel (if enrolled online). The Plan cannot be shifted between showrooms or between offline and online, except in exceptional cases approved by KOHIRA at its sole discretion.

4. DGP Discount Benefit

• Month 1 - You pay only 50% of your instalment; the balance 50% is your DGP Discount.
• Months 2–10 - You pay the full instalment each month.
• Month 11 - On successful completion of all 10 instalments, KOHIRA adds a further DGP Discount equal to one full instalment on the 1st day of the 11th month.

All benefits are subject to regular, on-time payment and fulfilment of all Plan conditions.

5. Example - ₹10,000 per Month Plan

That's ₹15,000 extra, on us - just for saving with Kohira. If your chosen jewellery value is higher than the available DGP value, you pay the difference at the time of billing.

6. Delay, Partial Payment & Forfeiture

Instalments must be paid on or before the due date, with a 7-day grace period. An instalment not paid within the grace period is treated as not paid for the purpose of calculating DGP Discount eligibility below.

If the customer does not complete the full Plan cycle, DGP Discount eligibility is calculated as follows:

• Fewer than 6 instalments - the first-instalment DGP Discount is reversed, and only the actual amount paid by the customer is available for diamond jewellery purchase.
• 6 to 8 instalments - the first-instalment DGP Discount is allowed, but the 11th-month DGP Discount does not apply.
• 9 instalments - the first-instalment DGP Discount and 50% of the 11th-month DGP Discount are allowed.
• 10 instalments completed - the first-instalment DGP Discount and the full 11th-month DGP Discount are allowed.

No cash refund or bank refund will be given under any condition.

7. Redemption & Eligible Products

The Plan is redeemable only against eligible lab-grown diamond jewellery from KOHIRA, through the same showroom or channel where you enrolled. The full DGP value must be redeemed in a single invoice in one transaction; it cannot be split or redeemed across multiple bills or transactions. The DGP value cannot be withdrawn, refunded, transferred or exchanged for cash. It cannot be used for gold or silver coins, bullion or bars, loose diamonds or stones, gift cards, or repair, resizing, service, certification or shipping charges. The DGP benefit may be clubbed with KOHIRA's other ongoing offers, discount coupons and loyalty points (Kohira Coins), except where a particular offer is specifically marked as non-combinable. KOHIRA decides eligible and non-eligible products. Your DGP value must be redeemed within 365 days of your first instalment; value not redeemed within this period lapses.

8. Pricing, Invoice & GST

The DGP Discount is a fixed rupee value, not a price lock - no gold rate, diamond rate, product price or making charge is locked at enrolment. Final billing is done as per the jewellery price, gold rate, diamond rate, making charges, taxes and other applicable charges prevailing on the date of purchase. The DGP Discount is shown and adjusted in the invoice as "DGP Discount," and GST is charged on the value after deducting the DGP Discount, as per applicable tax laws. The DGP Discount is not cash, refund, interest, return or deposit.

9. No Refund

No refund is given under any circumstances - not in cash, nor by bank transfer, UPI, card reversal, cheque, wallet, payment gateway, credit note, gift card or any other mode. The amount paid and any eligible DGP Discount remain usable only for the purchase of eligible lab-grown diamond jewellery from KOHIRA. If you choose not to purchase within the redemption period stated above, the value lapses and is not refunded by any means.

10. Non-Transferable & Nominee

The Plan is non-transferable - it cannot be sold, assigned, pledged, gifted or handed to anyone else, and only the registered customer may pay or redeem, except as below. You may register one nominee. In case of death of the customer before redemption, the registered nominee (or, if none is registered, the legal heir) may redeem the eligible value against jewellery only, on submission and verification of required documents (such as death certificate, identity and relationship proof, and indemnity). No cash refund is given to any nominee or heir. KOHIRA's decision on verification and redemption is final and binding.

11. Payments & KYC

Payments may be made through authorised modes (cash, UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, bank transfer or cheque). Cheque payments are counted only after clearance; any bounce, failure, chargeback or reversal is treated as non-payment, and related bank or transaction charges are borne by you. You must submit valid KYC (name, address, mobile, email, PAN, Aadhaar, nominee details, etc.) and keep your details accurate. KOHIRA is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or outdated details and may verify your identity at any stage.

12. Records, Misuse & Company Rights

KOHIRA's payment records are final for instalments, DGP Discount, eligibility and redemption; loss of passbook, receipt or voucher creates no right to a refund or additional benefit. KOHIRA may suspend, cancel or deny benefits in case of fraud, misuse, false information, chargeback, suspicious or illegal activity, or violation of these terms, allowing redemption of only the actual eligible amount. KOHIRA may amend, suspend or withdraw the Plan, subject to applicable law; earned benefits on instalments already paid will not be reduced by future amendments, except in the forfeiture cases above. KOHIRA's liability is limited to the actual amount paid plus eligible DGP Discount, and it is not liable for any indirect loss, price change, delay in redemption or product unavailability.

13. Customer Declaration

By enrolling, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms; that this is a diamond jewellery purchase plan only and not an investment or financial product; that redemption is only against eligible lab-grown diamond jewellery through your enrolling showroom or channel; that no refund is given by any mode; that the Plan is non-transferable except by registered nominee or legal heir in case of death; and that GST applies on the value after the DGP Discount as per applicable tax rules.

14. Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Diamond Growing Plan is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Surat, Gujarat, India.
