1. JEWELLERY WARRANTY INFORMATION
- We offer a free 1-year jewellery warranty for all jewellery purchased from KOHIRA, with no labour charges for repairs.
- This 1-year warranty exclusively covers repairs for jewellery resulting from manufacturing defects. It covers defects in materials and craftsmanship during normal use for the first year.
- This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, improper care, alterations, or repairs made by unauthorised parties.
- If a defect is identified, please reach out to our customer service team to initiate a repair, replacement, or refund, at the company’s discretion.
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims, including:
- Invoice copy
- Warranty card
- Jewellery certification
- The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
2. WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS AFTER 1 YEAR
- After the first year, we provide lifetime refinishing for your KOHIRA jewellery. Simply send us your piece, and we will refinish, buff, and polish it to restore its shine for a nominal service charge of 1% to 3%.
- We are pleased to offer resizing options exclusively for rings; other jewellery items are not eligible for resizing. While we strive to accommodate resizing requests, please note that certain rings may be deemed non-resizable to ensure their structural integrity is preserved.
- If the cost of the resized ring exceeds that of the original ring, the customer will be responsible for the difference charges. Conversely, if the resized ring costs less, the customer will receive a refund for the difference.
- In the event of a refund, the remaining balance will be processed via online bank transfer within 10 days of dispatching the resized product.
- If your product requires repair, the company will assess the situation and determine repair or replacement charges on a case-by-case basis.
- After the first year, customers will be responsible for any shipping charges under this policy.
